You can also expect to see this creepy old man peering out the window from the second floor of the Mansion and a moving mechanical ghost hanging from the front porch of the Mansion. My time at Ravenwood Manor was a very frightening experience. I would of taken pictures of the haunted mansion inside, but sadly we were not allowed to do so. Basically inside I got the shiitake scared out of me to say the least. I was literally hiding behind people and pushing my dad and his gf to go in front of me. I usually don’t get this scared when I go here, but due to the theme being dead babies and a HUGE giant creepy arse Easter bunny with fangs, I was literally SCARED to pieces. Lol!! Did not help much when I was an easy target of the group for getting scared either! However, if you plan on visiting Ravenwood Manor be prepared to get the shiitake scared out of you especially if you scare quite easily. You will be in for quite the hair raising experience! ☆*:.｡. o(≧▽≦)o .｡.:*☆
This is the OTHER stuff you might see while waiting in line to attend the haunted mansion at Ravenwood Manor. You will see a creepy old lady with a doll. She doesn’t do much but sit there, move her arms a little, and place a creepy blue light near her face. Now as for the ones walking around…you will see this scary clown with a blood stained knife!! I will admit the clown was not so scary until he pulled out the chainsaw. YES he chased me with it and YES I was hiding behind my dads gf for fear of my life. Lmao!! This clown is definitely reeking of PURE EVIL!! There was also another creepy guy on stilts walking around but, sadly none of the pictures I took of him turned out good. However, my dads gf took a picture of me and my dad with the stilts guy so hopefully when she uploads that picture onto Facebook I can so kindly share it with you all. ^^ ☆*:.｡. o(≧▽≦)o .｡.:*☆
So what can you expect to see when you pull up at Ravenwood Manor? Well minus the Halloween decked out house, while waiting in line outside this is what you might come across….
A creepy looking tree with red lights, some tomb stones with creepy looking fencing around it…but theres more….you get quite a SURPRISE while you are waiting in line at the Ravenwood Manor…but it’s definitely not a GOOD surprise either!…☆*:.｡. o(≧▽≦)o .｡.:*☆
The picture on the top is where you go to get your tickets. They upped the prices since the last two years I had went (I forget how much it use to be). It’s now $12.00 a person which is pretty expensive depending on the people within your group. They also have a little cafe bar there called the “Cadaver Cafe” you can buy some snacks and drinks. I never really bought anything from there, but I am sure the stuff is good. ^^ Also too it’s best to come early to this attraction because the lines do get super long and fast! I think one year we literally waited an hour an a half just to get into the mansion!! So it’s a pretty popular place to go to here in PA. ^^ ☆*:.｡. o(≧▽≦)o .｡.:*☆
Saturday night my dad, Joyce, and I all went to Barcaria PA to go to their Haunted Mansion at Ravenwood Manor. Every year this lady decorates her mansion for Halloween, hires people to take part in the haunted house, and even goes as far as making the peoples costumes!! Talk about creativity at it’s finest. This lady is amazing! Each year she tries to mix it up a bit by doing different themes. Sadly, this is the last year she will be doing it because word on the street says she is planning on turning her mansion into a bed and breakfast. Idk about you guys, but after seeing this every year in Halloween form, I would be too scared to spend the night there! Best of luck to whoever does! Plus too I hear its ACTUALLY haunted. Which adds to the total freaky creepy effect of the mansion! xD ☆*:.｡. o(≧▽≦)o .｡.:*☆

They literally sell this stuff like hot cakes!! Anyways, this cute necklace features Hello Kitty in a punkish sort of style. A skull bow in her hair and rocker stylized star beside her. I guess this fits in with perfect timing since Halloween is approaching soon! Looks like I picked the right necklace to feature! On Saturday, before I went to the haunted mansion with my dad and his gf, my mom and I ordered Chinese from Lychees for lunch. Of course I ordered one of my usuals “Sesame Shrimp with Rice and Broccoli” mmm soo good!! Anyways, this was my fortune that was in my cookie when I opened it up! I love the messages they put in fortune cookies. They are so inspiring and very true most of the time! If you want some food for thought or wisdom for the day there ya go!
